Our consulting, training, and coaching services are based on many years of experience within the German and international academic system: as researchers and lecturers at renowned universities in Germany and abroad, as staff members in higher education didactics, research management, and university administration, covering topics ranging from personnel and organizational development to securing external funding and providing intensive support during appointment procedures. We don't offer simple solutions or panaceas. Instead, we leverage our diverse and mutually inspiring activities, along with our own openness and willingness to learn, to reflect on your situation and develop solutions together.
Recognizing the realities of the academic system—in its great appeal as well as its diverse challenges and absolutely serious implications for career development, private and family life—plays just as important a role as exploring and actively shaping the numerous career and action options for academics both within and outside academia.
