Maria-Christina Spießberger combines many years of experience as a voice and presentation trainer (New York/Berlin) with in-depth business coaching expertise. Before moving into career consulting for academics, she worked as a coach and trainer at EAF Berlin from 2021 to 2025. She specializes in working with executives in academia and industry and uses creative, needs-based methods for reflection and development.

 

Academic:

Master's degree in Jazz Performance at the Manhattan School of Music (Fulbright scholarship); training as a business coach (Dr. Bock Coaching Academy) and as a team/group coach (Inhesa Institute).
